Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the services provided by spply.pro ("we", "us", "our"). By subscribing to or using our service, you agree to these Terms.

2. The Service

spply.pro delivers supply chain intelligence briefs covering producer-country policy, port operations, weather at origin, and trade calendars, scoped to your supplier portfolio. Briefs are delivered by email on a recurring schedule based on your subscription plan.

3. Subscriptions and Billing

Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly basis through our payment processor, Paddle.com Market Limited, who acts as the Merchant of Record. Paddle handles all billing, tax, and payment-related matters. Plans renew automatically until cancelled.

4. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals; access continues through the end of the current billing period.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to resell, redistribute, or republish our briefs without written permission. Briefs are licensed for use within your organization only.

6. Accuracy and Liability

Briefs cite primary sources (ministry notices, port advisories, meteorological bulletins). We make reasonable efforts to ensure accuracy but do not warrant that the information is complete or error-free. We are not liable for commercial decisions made based on the briefs. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these Terms, with notice where reasonable.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Dubai, UAE.
