• Billing information: processed by Paddle.com Market Limited, our Merchant of Record. We do not store full card numbers.
• Usage data: basic email-delivery and open metrics to improve the service.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to deliver scoped briefs, manage your subscription, send service communications, and improve our product. We do not sell your data.

3. Sharing

We share data only with service providers needed to run the business: Paddle (payments), email delivery, and cloud hosting. Each operates under contractual data-protection terms.

4. Data Retention

We retain account and brief-scoping data for as long as your subscription is active and for a reasonable period afterward for legal and accounting purposes.

5. Your Rights

You may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data by emailing us. We respond within 30 days.

6. Security

We use industry-standard safeguards including encryption in transit and access controls. No system is perfectly secure; we will notify affected users of any material breach as required by law.
